The radial tire has the ratio 0.75 of the radial height (H) of rim to max. axis-direction breadth(B) and has radial carcass reinforcing materials fixed at both sides of at least one bead ring and tread reinforcing materials with a small curvature, which is parallel to the radial reinforcing materials along the equatorial region and formed with of least two plies of wire or cable. The wires on cables are parallel to each other in a ply but crossed in the other ply, forming less than 30≦̸angle (β) to axis.
