PURPOSE:To make a repeating unit of a table frame correspond to a block to indicate the insertion of data into the table frame and to tabulate easily for the formation of sentences, by setting up the repeating unit of the table frame and collecting plural data to be inserted to the repeating unit of the table frame into one block. CONSTITUTION:At the process of the formation of a document file 1 to which data are inserted, the repeating units 7 of the table frame of a table to be formed are formed and the insertion of the table is specified to set up insertion indicating parts 2 to specify a discrimination code for write data, an inserting position, etc. in the repeating units. One block 4 for data to be inserted is formed on a data file 3 and the combination of the file 1 with the data file 3 is specified at the printing or on a CRT display to execute the insertion. One document 6 for the inserted result is formed independently of the number of data files 3 and the tabulation for the formation of sentences is easily performed. |
