PURPOSE:To always obtain optimal output power despite the secular change of the like of a vehicle, by compensating the quantity of injected fuel in an increasing compensation control region for acceleration or the like, in accordance with an average compensation coefficient for air fuel ratio feedback control based on the output of an O2 sensor. CONSTITUTION:A basic pulse generation circuit 4 calculates a basic injected quantity Tp from the quantity of intake air detected by an air flow meter 3 and from the rotational frequency of an engine detected through an ignition signal. An increasing compensation circuit 10 compensates the basic injected quantity Tp in accordance with a compensation coefficient alpha sent out from an air fuel ratio feedback control circuit 6 on the basis of the output of an O2 sensor 5. A fuel injection valve 11 is controlled depending on the compensated injected quantity Ti. When it is judged from the output of a throttle valve switch 7 that the engine is in an acceleration or heavy-load operation region in which the degree of opening of a throttle valve is higher than a prescribed level, the increasing compensation circuit 10 is caused to send out a compensation coefficient M obtained by multiplying an average compensation coefficient M2 for feedback-controlled operation and a set compensation coefficient M1 together. |
