PURPOSE:To prevent water from invading into a waterproof cover by sealing the rotational shaft passing section of the cover by a rubber rotary finger. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof cover 23 which surrounds the outside end is mounted through a sealing packing 27 on a bearing box 22b, and a rubber finger 25 is arranged inside the cover 23 in such a manner that the rotary shaft passing section of the cover 23 is contacted to be able to be sealed. Even if service water which has high pressure is applied to this section, it can alleviate the water from invading into the cover, and even if the water is invaded into the interior, it can be drained by the finger 25, and can exhaust the water from a drain hole 23a formed at the lower part of the cover 23. |
