PURPOSE:To improve the storing efficiency and also performance of cdr coding, by using the cdr coding only to a part having no structural variation or small variation out of the binary tree structure of LISP. CONSTITUTION:An S expression into which a cdr coding indicating code is inserted is inputted from an S expression storing area 3 to an S expression/binary tree converter 2. The converter 2 converts a part indicated by the cdr coding indicating code into data with cell structure and stores the data in a memory are a 4. The converter 2 converts other parts into normal data with binary tree structure and stores the data in the memory area 4. Therefore, the programmer may insert the cdr coding indicating code into a position before a part in which the binary tree structure may not be changed out of the S expression. Consequently, only the merits of the cdr coding can be displayed. |
