PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of installation work of apparatus by a method in which lower end iron bars for a housing floor are set, prefabricated framework with foundation bolts and turn-buckles is installed on the lower end iron bars, upper end irons bars are set and adjusted, and then concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:In a factory, foundation bolts 105 for setting an apparatus and a template 103 with nuts 106 are attached to the upside of struts 102 with turn- buckles 107, and the assembly is reinforced with reinforcements 104 to fabricate a framework 101. The upper end iron bars 110 are set, a machine base 109 is fixed to the upper end iron bars 110 by wires, the level is adjusted by the turn- buckles 107, the position of the foundation bolts 105 is exactly set up, and then concrete is placed. The operability and safeness of the installation work can thus be raised, the period of the construction can be shortened, and the number of the processes can be reduced. |
