PURPOSE:To mass-produce inexpensively a ceramic diaphragm with a simple method, by coating a liquid ceramic on a die of the diaphragm to a prescribed thickness drying and curing the diaphragm, releasing the diaphragm from the die and heating it for a proper curing purpose. CONSTITUTION:The liquid ceramic is coated on the surface of the die as shown in Fig., and applied to a voice coil 3 and an edge member 4 so as to be adhered integrally. A water soluble low heating type (curing from room temperature to 200 deg.C) alumina system or silica system ceramic is used as the liquid ceramic. A diaphragm film 5 is formed by leaving the diaphragm for a prescribed time, e.g., 2-3hr at room temperature for temporary curing. Then, the diaphragm member 6 is heated in a heating furnace 7 for a proper curing porpose. The heating temperature and the time are 50 deg.C-150 deg.C and around one hour, the ceramic is cured completely and the diaphragm A made of the ceramic is obtained. |
