PURPOSE:To obtain an org. film having stability to heat and sublimation, and high sensitivity to light in a long wavelength side, especially >=750nm, and adaptability to an electrophotographic sensitive film, an optical recording disc, etc., by incorporating a specified compd. CONSTITUTION:An org. film capable of effectively absorbing beams of a laser, especially semiconductor laser emitting light of >=750nm long wavelength side, and converting them into another energy is obtained by incorporating a compd. having formula I in which R1, R3, R5 are each optionally substd. aryl; R2, R4 are each optionally substd. arylene; and A<-> is an anion residue, such as compds. having formulae II and III. This org. film can be applied to the electrophotographic sensitive film of an electrophotographic type printer using the semiconductor laser as a light source, or an optical disc film capable of writing and reproducing, using the semiconductor laser, or an IR cut filter, or the like. |
