摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To check a line short-circuit of coils and reduce thermal capacity by installing a heat-resisting insulated member formed in the shape of a hollow ring in a heater coil which is burried, together with a heat-resisting insulator, into the space formed by the first and second holding cylinders to be coaxially provided. CONSTITUTION:A base metal 11 is soldered to one end of a holding cylinder 12 and a thin layer 13 is formed on the back of the metal 11 with a solder material in order to prevent an electron radiant material from permeating to the side of coils 15. One end of the holding cylinder 14 coaxially provided together with the cylinder 12 is soldered to the rear central part of the metal 11. The coils 15 are burried into the spaces formed by the cylinders 12 and 14 with a heat-resisting insulator 16 able to be sintered. As to the coils 15, the coils 151 and 152, which are formed in such a way that tungsten wires are wound round core metals made of molybdenum and the core metals are molten, are closely put to the hollow semi-annular heat-resisting members 18. After sintering the insulator 16, the metal 11 is impregnated with the molten electron radiant material. In this way, the line short circuit and local heating of the coils can be checked while rising-up of a heater temperature can be quickened.</p>
