PURPOSE:To improve recycling efficiency of the heat from loss by a method wherein an outside surface of a tank is covered by lagging material and a coolant is cooled by an exhaust heat recycling equipment. CONSTITUTION:An outside surface of a tank 2 is covered by lagging material 8 and is held by a member 9. With this constitution, recycling efficiency of the heat from loss of an exhaust heat recycling equipment 10 is improved to the extent of the heat from loss which is prevented from dissipating into the air through a wall of the tank and the exhaust heat can be utilized efficiently as a heat source of a freezer or a heat pump or for other general purpose heating systems.
