<p>This disclosure relates to a connector and framing assembly for use in constructing support frameworks for mansard roofs, equipment screens, or the like. The connector has a pair of connecting portions, each of which includes edge alignment means such as a pair of generally C-shaped channels. The connecting portions and edge alignment means are all joined together by an integrally-formed web. The connector is used to join together a pair of framing members, each of which has edges adapted to be positioned by the edge alignment means in the connector.</p> |
