Tool (15) for use in connection with elastic stripping, which is mounted on devices such as vehicle bodies e.g. in the form of glazing weather-stripping at which the purpose is that the elastic strip, which with its edge (9) joins the surface of the device protecting it during spray-painting against the colour e.g. through masking. The tool (15), which is designed for lifting the elastic strip and the surface of the device, so that the edge of the strip (9) is lifted from the said surface, comprises a tube-shaped part (16). The tube-shaped part is designed to allow flow through of the lifted strip (13) and equipped with an end, which is designed to be introduced under the elastic strip and introduced in this position along the same while the lift strip is fed through the tube-shaped part out through the outlet.<IMAGE> |
