PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction occurring in an incorrect position, by making one of a drum support frame and a guide frame for recording paper movable to a correct set position while the other is in said set position. CONSTITUTION:A drum supporting frame 6 in which a photosensitive drum 7 and process apparatus for image processing are built in is supported drawably along guide rails 5A, 5B. A guide frame 13 for recording paper consisting of an upper guide plate 10 and lower guide plate 12 in a feed section are pivotally supported movably vertically with a shaft 14 right under the frame 6. When the frame 6 is returned incorrectly to a body 2 and even if the operator tries to return the frame 13 to the set position by means of an operation lever 24, part of the frame 6 butts to the plate 12 and the frame cannot be set, from which abnormality is detected. The malfunction occurring in an incorrect position is thus prevented. |
