PURPOSE:To use a small-sized thermostatic chamber which uses air as an isothermal medium and to attain the size reduction and reliability improvement of a device, by providing an isothermal air supplier and a heat source which heats of cools a container almost to the set temperature of the thermostatic chamber previously before the container is carried into the thermostatic chamber. CONSTITUTION:A reaction cell 1 is carried out of the thermostatic chamber 3, washed with city water 14a and pure water 14b and dried, and cooled naturally to room temperature. The temperature of the reaction cell 1 is raised almost to the set temperature of the thermostatic chamber 3 by blowing hot air with the operations of a heater 10, air blow fan 11, and duct 12 before the cell is carried into the thermostatic chamber 3. The reaction cell 1 is therefore stabilized at the set temperature in a short time after being carried into the thermostatic chamber 3 and a sample and a reagent dispensed into the reaction cell 1 reacts at the set temperature before reaching a measurement point 16, and the result is measured at the measurement point 16. |
