PURPOSE:To obtain a spectroscope capable of using in a wide wavelength range suppressing anomaly phenomena, by using a reflex diffraction grating in suitable wavelength before and behind in the range centering blaze reflection wavelength for heightening a utilization efficiency of light. CONSTITUTION:In a reflex diffraction grating, blaze reflection wavelength is determined by an angle of inclination beta of the saw-toothed step face at the time when a grating constant (d) is constant and in the case of Littrow's type constitution, the blaze reflection is brought about in the case when light is made incident vertically to the saw-toothed face. The grating having various blaze wavelength is made by varying the angle beta even if the constant (d) is the same and on the other hand, anomaly wavelength is determined by the constant (d) irrespective of the angle beta. The blaze wavelength is generated only one in one grating in the contrasting to the anomaly phenomena which are generated at three places in one grating and as occasion demands, the grating which is suppressed one or two anomaly phenomena being a hindrance to it are made in one or plural combinations. |
