PURPOSE:To permit restoration from blockade state by inputting data into an arithmetic apparatus from an input apparatus for judging placed-concrete state and comparing said data with stored data and displaying said comparison result, and connecting a blockade monitoring apparatus to said arithmetic apparatus and comparing the data of each operation part with the stored data when a pump is blockade. CONSTITUTION:Data is inputted into an arithmetic apparatus 20 from an input apparatus 21 for judging placed-concrete state, and compared with the stored data in said arithmetic apparatus, and the judgement for placed-concrete state is displayed on a display board 22. The operation of each part of a concrete pump is monitored by sensors 28 and 29, and displayed on a monitor apparatus 26. When the concrete pump is blockaded, the arithmetic apparatus 20 comparison-calculates the date supplied from the sensors 28 and 29 with the stored data, and transmits control signals into a concrete-pump controlling part 30, and blockaded state is removed. When OK-sign is transmitted in the monitor apparatus 26, concrete placing is restarted. |
