摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance responsiveness of a hydraulic servo-mechanism at the time of re-coupling frictional elements, by employing such an arrangement that a hydraulic chamber of the servo-mechanism and an oil passage connected thereto are filled with oil also at the time when the coupling of the frictional elements is released. CONSTITUTION:When the coupling of the frictional elements is released and a spool 10 is located at the position shown in the drawing, oil is also introduced from an oil passage 6a into an oil passage 6b and a hydraulic chamber 4 of a servo-mechanism 1. Here, since the oil is discharged gradually from an oil discharge passage 12, hydraulic pressure in the oil passage 6b and the hydraulic chamber 4 is not raised so high as to move a piston 2 against the force of a spring 5. On the other hand, when the frictional elements are coupled and the spool 10 is moved to an open position, hydraulic pressure is acted to the piston 2 immediately since oil is already filled in the oil passage 6b and the hydraulic chamber 4. Therefore, the frictional elements are coupled promptly.</p>
