PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of working steam by separating the steam mist generated in the working steam to be blown into the suction chamber of ejector and by bleeding to outside the suction chamber in the liquid phase as it is. CONSTITUTION:This ejector is equipped with a mist receiving vessel 7, which receives the steam mist stagnating in the lower part of suction chamber, in order to separate the steam mist generated in the steam flow blown into the suction chamber 1 and oust it to outside the system in the liquid phase as it is. The cooling jacket inside the receiving vessel 7 is cooled by a solution circulating pump 8 installed inside the receiving vessel 7, by circulating the brine solution mixed with calcium chloride solution etc. which has a lower temperature than the steam mist in the suction chamber 1. Thereby the steam mist with its temp. held approx. 2-3 deg.C lower than that of the suction chamber 1 can be easily bled to outside the system from a mist solution bleeder pipe 13 of the receiving vessel 7 while remaining in the liquid phase as it has been. Thus the amount of steam used by the ejector can be reduced. |
