Lock catch, preferably intended to form part of an addition to an existing door lock or gate lock and designed, in a first position of a rotatably mounted first arm 10, to immobilize a locking bolt belonging to the lock in a position locking the door or gate and, in a second position, to release the locking bolt of the lock for displacement from the immobilizing position to a release position by permitting rotation of a shaft 11. The shaft 11, or a device applied thereto, is designed with a bevel 12 against which a rotatably mounted second arm 13 rests. The free end 13a of the second arm 13 cooperates with the free end 10a of the first arm 10 at a right angle or almost at a right angle, in order to immobilize a shaft rotation. An electrically actuated magnet 14 or similar 16 is arranged to disengage the first arm 10 from the second arm 13 in order to release the shaft rotation 11. <IMAGE> |
