PURPOSE:To stabilize reaction temperature and to reduce temperature drift without increasing the size of a device, by providing an air blower and an air channel, and arranging an object and an isothermal block at part of the isothermal air circuit of the air channel. CONSTITUTION:Air from the air blower 12 is heated by a heater 13 to specific temperature to obtain isothermal air flow, which passes through a blast duct 11a and crosses a reaction vessel 11b at right angles the movement direction of a reaction tube 1, so the isothermal block 7 incorporated in the reaction vessel 11b is hardly influenced by the ambient temperature because the isothermal temperature air flow serves for a kind of temperature buffering operation. The reaction tube 1 moving in and along the groove 8 of the isothermal block 7 is held at stable temperature by the isothermal block 7 and held more stable against fluctuations of the ambient temperature by the isothermal temperature air flow crossing the vessel 11b at right angles to the movement direction. Therefore, the temperature drift in the reaction tube 1 due to fluctuations of the ambient temperature is reduced. |
