PURPOSE:To convert speed energy of exhaust gas into effective pressure energy by incorporating a spreading diffuser with concentric double pipe construction, which is formed by insertion of a conical baffle block in the spreading pipe at its center. CONSTITUTION:When an exhaust gas having high velocity energy passes through a spreading diffuser pipe of concentric double construction of a steam ejector, which is formed by insertion of a conical baffle block 4 in the diffuser pipe 1 at its center, the effect of this conical baffle block 4 installed at the center of the spreading pipe 1 will suppress phenomena of blowing-through, so that the velocity energy can be converted into pressure energy which assures effective usage. Behind the spreading diffuser, a pressure recovery chamber 2 is furnished, and at its outlet 3 a perforated baffle plate 5 is installed to obtain the baffle effect, and further a baffle ring 6 is installed in the space to the spreading pipe so as to uniform the flowout speed. Thus more effect of pressure recovery can be obtained. |
