PURPOSE:To obtain an effectve alignment apparatus which can supply comparatively big parts in an upright condition automatically one by one, by providing a width control apparatus which is able to change the width of a supply passage in accordance with the size of part on an oscillating trough. CONSTITUTION:When a trough 2 is oscillated by driving a motor 8, numerous parts (m) such as tube coupling etc. which are adsorbed to picking up electro- magnet and conveyed, and then dopped off and placed up stream from the trough are carried leftward by oscillating power of the trough 2. During the tansfer, parts (m) are introduced to a narrow supply passage F by a guidegate 42 placed aslant, then aligned in a single row and carried to a discharging end of the supply passage F. At this discharging end, a supplying gate unit which is opened and closed at a defenite interval is provided, and the parts (m) are supplied to the next process at the defenite interval. In case of supplying parts of other sizes, positions of a supply passage width control unit 17, a parts guide unit 16, and a gate unit 19 for changing parts shall be controlled. |
