PURPOSE:To hold an object to be brought into the isothermal state at set temperature in a short time and to realize miniaturization and high-speed processing by providing an air blower which increases the velocity of isothermal air near the object. CONSTITUTION:Air blown by the operation of an air blower 7 for circulation is heated to specific temperature when passing through a heater 8 to obtain isothermal air, which circulates in a heat insulation cover 6 and is admitted to the air intake of the blower 7 for circulation again. During this circulation, the air blower 11 for acceleration increases the velocity of the air and the isothermal air blown out of a blow-out duct 12 strikes a reaction tube 1 in front of a photometric part 5 including a position for the dispensation by nozzles 3 and 4, so that the reaction tube 1 at the position increases in temperature rise speed abruptly to attains nearly to the set temperature in a short time. Then, a sample which is generally at temperature lower than the set temperature and a reagent which is generally at temperature lower than the set temperature or preheated by a heater are dispensed from the nozzles 3 and 4 respectively, and consequently those samples rise smoothly up to the set temperature to react properly with each other. |
