PURPOSE:To place chipped pieces of wood to be distributively faced in three dimensions and increase distributive facing accuracy, by providing a vibratile base plate, on the upper surface of which many restricting pieces are implanted with a fixed space apart, to be tilted from a supply position of the chipped pieces of wood toward a transporting conveyer arranging in the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 5 is arranged with a prescribed tilt angle between a supply conveyer 2, feeding a fixed quantity of chipped pieces 1 of wood, and a transporting conveyer 4, arranging in the lower of said conveyer 2 and placing a coal plate 3 on the upper face, and the base plate 5 can be oscillated by a vibration generating machine. Then side walls 6 and chute 7 are respectively provided in both sides of the base plate 5 and its upper side, while many restricting pieces 10 consisting of, for instance, a bar shaped pin are implanted in an almost vertical state with a fixed space apart on the upper face of the base plate. In this way, the chipped pieces 1 of wood are placed to be distributively faced in three dimensions by the multiplicative action between vibrative conveyance of the base plate 5 and moment generated from the restricting pieces 10, and the chipped pieces are released from the base plate 5 with the increase of distributive facing accuracy to form a mat 16. |
