<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a product having good durability and constant quality, by coating the surface of an olephilic crosslinked polymer with a water insoluble hydrophilic polymer having an amino group or a quaternary ammonium group. CONSTITUTION:An oleophilic crosslinked polymer such as polystyrene, polymethyl acrylate, polydivinyl benzene or the like is dispersed in an org. solvent having a linear polymer having a functional group capable of reacting with amine such as vinyl benzylchloride, vinyl benzylbromide or the like. After the obtained dispersion is stirred at a predetermined temp. for a predtermined time, the org. solvent is removed by filtration or distillation to obtain resin coated with the linear polymer. This resin is reacted with an amine solution containing polyamine such as ethylenediamine, trimethyldiamine or the like to be crosslinked and, at the same time, aminated to obtain surface functional type anion exchange resin.</p> |
