<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate to supply neck parts of parisons one at a time, by a method wherein only the neck part of the parison is injection molded, and subsequently the main part of the parison is injection molded in connection with the neck part to produce a composite parison. CONSTITUTION:The first molding part A comprising a force 6 for the neck part of the parison or an outside layer of the neck part and the second molding part B comprising a parison main part force 7 for simultaneously molding a shell part and a bottom part of the parison are provided beneath neck parts 5, 5 provided on the lower side of a rotary transferring plate 3. The neck part of the parison or the outside layer of the neck part is molded at the molding part A, the thus molded material is transferred to the molding part B together with the neck mold, then the main part of the parison is molded by the neck force 5, the main part force 7 and a core, and simultaneously, it is integrally welded to the neck part or the like to obtain the composite parison.</p> |
