PURPOSE:To provide the titled nozzle which enables to mold an article with a high dimensional accuracy and high physical properties at a high cycle performance by using a simple and inexpesive force, wherein a molding system incorporating a hot runner system and a valve gate sytem using a floating nozzle tip can be constituted. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical extension nozzle 1 is provided with a first passage hole 8 drilled along the axis thereof and a second passage hole 9 drilled from the end of the hole 8 in a radial direction intersecting the axis and opened to the exterior. A floating nozzle tip 10 is slidably fitted into the hole 9, and a molten resin is injected into a cavity 3b. A heating element 16a and a high-sensitive body 18 are contained respectively in containing spaces 16, 17. |
