PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction in transmission efficiency, by retransmitting a receiving data transmitted already from the beginning unitl the next data is received at each generation of underrun between time division multiplexers. CONSTITUTION:The received data A, B, C, D are transmitted to a DTE1' so as to retransmit repetitively them from the beginning until the next data E, F are received in gaps of the data from an STDM5' as shown in (b). Then, the reduction in the transmission efficiency due to the production of a gap between the STDM5 at the receiving side and the DTE1' is prevented by the error control function. |
