PURPOSE:To provide the titled device capable of efficiently melting a material to be melted at a high thermal efficiency and in a stable condition, by a method wherein a partition plate for partitioning a heating chamber and a melting chamber is formed in a substantially conical shape, and hot air flow ejecting ports are provided at a slanted surface of the partition plate and an outside peripheral edge part of the lower end of the partition plate. CONSTITUTION:A hot air flow discharged from a jet heater 19 is fed into the heating chamber 4, and is ejected into the melting chamber 3 through the hot air flow ejecting ports 21..., 22... provided in the partition plate 2. A guide plate 10 for the melted material is also heated by the hot air flow, and an outflow port 11 thereof is heated by a band heater 12. The material to be melted which is charged in is dispersed, and the melted material flows downwards through the hot air flow ejecting ports 22 while being sufficiently heated. |
