PURPOSE:To simplify welding of a side panel, etc. without decreasing working efficiency, by moving a welding jig into between a welding position and a setting position, binding and welding members on the outside in the setting position and providing means for conveying said members. CONSTITUTION:A welding jig 4 is provided to a welding body in such a way that the jig is turned over in an inward position and an outward position and is moved to a welding position A and a setting position B. A jig base 6 is provided on the outside of the position B and an outer member and an inner member constituting a side panel W3 are set thereto. The outer member and inner members are bonded and welded by means of a welding member 7 provided to the base 6 and are thus worked to a side panel W3 of one body. The jig 4 is turned over in the outward position in the position B and the panel W3 is clamped by a conveyance arm 8 provided to the base 6, then the panel is transferred to the welding jig 4. The side panel W3 is bonded and welded on the base 6 while the jig 4 moves to the position A and welds the other parts. |
