PURPOSE:To perform effectively the uniform anti-reflection over the entire surface by inserting an absorptive film which is thinly divided to multiple layers into the boundary of anti-reflection films. CONSTITUTION:Ni is used for an absorptive film material, and two kinds of anti-reflection materials, i.e. H having a high refractive index (for example, n= 2.03) and L having a low refractive index (for example n=1.38) are used. These materials are sandwiched with two sheets of glass into symmetrical constitution. The thickness of the absorptive film changes continuously from codes 1 up to 4 from the center toward the periphery, having a transmission characteristic of 70-100% transmittance from the center toward the periphery. |
