<p>PURPOSE:To attain time count information of a precision higher than that of an oscillating circuit, by comparing time count information of the counter output and another high-precision time count information with each other and correcting the set value, which a central processing unit gives to the counter, so that the error is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 16 sends a signal from a data output terminal 18 to an input terminal 19 of a counter 13 and sets the counter 13 so that the output of the counter 13 has an interrupted frequency convenient for the CPU 16. The counter 13 outputs the output from an output terminal 15 at intervals of a certain period to interrupt the CPU 16. The CPU 16 uses this interrupt signal as time count information and reports it to the operator. The operator compares an independently prepared very accurate clock with time information reported from the CPU 16 to correct the set value which the CPU16 set to the counter 13. By this correction, time count information of the CPU16 has a precision higher than that of a quartz oscillating circuit 11.</p> |
