This dispenser 1 includes a casing 2 which defines at least one compartment 4-9; 5-9 intended to receive a water-soluble formulation (disinfectant, colorant) and a passage 10 provided with a rack 8. The suspension hook 3 is constituted by a rod 11, one end of which carries a latching element 12 interacting with the rack 8 and the other end of which enables the dispenser 1 to be fastened to the rim of the flush reservoir and has, for this purpose, two fastening arms 16 which are moulded in the plane of the rod 11 and which can be folded over towards each other by 90 DEG for use. The water-flush outlet orifices are produced in the form of siphons 19, 20 with a view to a more uniform metering of the formulations. In order to manufacture this dispenser, two pans 4, 5 and a groove 7 carrying the rack 8 are formed in a sheet of plastic, the hook 3 is laid in the groove 7, the formulations are introduced into the pans 4, 5 and the assembly is closed off by means of a membrane 9. <IMAGE>
