PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out measurement of high accuracy and excellent reproducibility quickly by such an arrangement wherein a difference between the pressure of a measuring liquid in a reference container and that of a measuring liquid in a measuring container is measured by a differential pressure measuring unit, and at the same time, in the differential pressure measuring unit, both liquids are separated from each other by means of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure measuring unit 50 is equipped with a case and a diaphragm 52 made of magnetic material which is installed between half sections 511, 512 of the case and bisects the inner chamber of the case into the left and right half chambers 531, 532, and its interconnecting routes 531b, 532b are interconnected to connecting holes 511a, 512a provided in the half sections 511, 512 of the case respectively and they are connected to a piping 61 of a piping 60 at the side of a reference container and another piping 62 of the piping 60 at the side of a measuring container at the positions of the connecting holes respectively. When a difference exists between liquid pressure applied to one half chamber 531 and that applied to the other half chamber 532, the diaphragm 52 is bent toward the side of one or the other half chamber, and coils 551, 552 detect such a change, and a differential liquid pressure applied to both half chambers is measured. |
