Method for successive measurement, on the same sample of biological fluid in the same cell or on the same analytical support, of its content of two or more different constituents, consisting in using for these successive measurements two or more independent enzymatic reactions which are compatible in the manner in which they proceed, and for which the signals of end of reaction may be monitored successively at increasing dilutions and at different wavelengths by means of a compatible mixture of suitable chromogens.
