PURPOSE:To reduce sharply the power required for ventilating the garage and to reduce noises due to ventilation by a method wherein the signal from a CO2 sensor adopted to detect the density of CO2 in the garage is inputted to a microcomputer and after operating the quantities of air to be blown by air supply and discharge fans are operated, control signals are transmitted to variable speed control panels for motors. CONSTITUTION:The control microcomputer 6 watches constantly the output of the CO2 sensor 5 during the operations of the air supply and discharge fans 1 and 3. Further, the microcomputer 6 has a lower limit CO2 density value stored therein so that when, for example, the CO2 density is less than 500ppm, the operations of the fans 1 and 3 are stopped. At the same time, the microcomputer 6 operates the quantities of air required to be blown by the fans 1 and 3 on the bases of the capacity of the parking garage, the density of CO2 in the open air, the density of CO2 in the exhaust gasses, the quantity of supply air, the quantity of discharge air and the generating velocity of CO2 and the control signals corresponding to the numbers of revolutions of the fans 1 and 3 are transmitted to the variable speed control panels 2 and 4 for the motors to thereby control the amounts of ventilation by the fans 1 and 3. |
