The invention relates to a digital microwave phase-shifter with four phase states, produced on a dielectric substrate. It comprises two 0- pi phase-shifters (3 and 4) placed in parallel, whose input paths are connected to the output of a first 3 dB directional coupler 1 whose output paths are connected to the input of a second 3 dB directional coupler 2, the latter being connected to a path switch 5.
