Pump with axial pistons 8 moving in cylinders 5 of a rotating barrel 2, these pistons, in order to permit their displacement, being integral with runners 15 applied against a surface 17 inclined in relation to the normal to the axis of rotation and each cylinder 5, in the course of one revolution of the barrel, being alternately connected to the intake side and to the delivery side of the pump.
