GROUND AGITATION WORK BY PLURAL AGITATING RODS

PURPOSE:To sufficiently stir and mix the ground by providing agitating rods having agitating blades on their peripheries in parallel in such a way that the rotation circular arc of one agitating blade of the agitating rod is partly lapped with the rotation circular arc of the other agitating blade. CONSTITUTION:A pair of agitating rods 3 and 3' are each turned at a high speed and a low speed in opposite directions for excavating the ground, and cement milk is jetted from the lower end of the rods through grout supply tubes 8 and 8'. Soil and sand on the high-speed agitating rod 3 side take the soil and sand on the low-speed agitating rod 3 side into the rod 3 side in the overlapping portion of the rotation circular arcs R and R' of the agitating blades 5 and 5'. On the other hand, the soil and sand on the rod 3 side are pushed out toward the rod 3' side by the difference in their centrifugal forces. The soil and sand on both the rods 3 and 3' sides are thus mutually mixed to form a homogenous soil cement.
