<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to utilize polyester resin as a humidity sensitive member, by binding a carboxylic acid group and a hydroxyl group to the terminal group of the main chain of polyester resin with a specific polymerization degree. CONSTITUTION:A paste containing polyester resin possessing a carboxylic acid group and a hydroxyl group is applied onto an insulating base plate 1 having detection electrodes 2, 3 formed thereon by a coating means or a printing means and baked after drying. By binding both of the carboxylic acid group and the hydroxyl group to the terminal group of the main chain of polyester resin, hygroscopicity is obtained. By only one of both groups, good hygroscopicity is not obtained. The polymerization degree of polyester resin is within a range of 500-10,000. If the polymerization degree is below 500, a humidity sensitive member itself becomes fragile and, if exceeds 10,000, the humidity sensitive function thereof is lowered.</p> |
