Combination tool for sepg. seams

It incorporates an arc-shaped cutting edge between two prongs of differing lengths. The longer prong has a sharp tip, while the short prong has a ball-shaped expansion over the cutting edge. The shank (2) of the separating tool (1) is connected to detachable pincers (3). The shank is installed in a casing (4) and can be moved into the casing or out of it. The pincers are connected to an elastic stop lever (8) which is moveable and located inside the casing. The connecting bar (6) of the lever is guided through a slit (7) in the casing. The bar has a hole for accommodating and holding the separating tool. The combination tool enables carrying out two processes one after the other without releasing the fabric in between: unravelling the seam and removing yarn remnants.
