PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel plate by continuously annealing a steel contg. specified amounts of C, Si, Mn, P, Al and N as well as specified amounts of combinedly added B, Ti and Nb at the recrystallization temp. - the Ac3 point after carrying out hot rolling and cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:A steel is provided with a composition contg., by weight, <0.007% C, <0.8% Si, <1% Mn, <0.15% P, 0.01-0.1% Al and <0.01% N as well as combinedly added B, Ti and Nb. The amount of B is 5-30ppm, the amount of Ti satisfies equation I , and the amount of Nb is <0.02% and satisfies equation II. The steel is hot rolled, cold rolled, and continuously annealed at the recrystallization temp. - the Ac3 point. |
