PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage source which has an optional temperature dependence characteristic and arrangeable to a desired voltage value, by setting selectively the number of unit diodes, the mirror ratio of a current mirror circuit, and a resistance value respectively. CONSTITUTION:An NPN transistor TR12 and a resistance 13 are inserted in series to a current circuit consisting of N2-number of PNP TRs 3 and 4 which are subjected to the current mirror connection to a PNP TR 1 in the input side of a constant current source 20. This current circuit is connected to the input part of a PNP TR 14 in the collector end of the TR 12. This current is connected to the output side of a current mirror circuit, where PNP TRs 15, 16, and 17 (whose total number is N3) are connected in parallel, to supply the electric power to a resistance 18. The output voltage is obtained in a terminal 21. The temperature dependence of the output voltage is attained by selecting resistances 13 and 18, the number N1 of diodes, and the number N3 of TRs. |
