PURPOSE:To allow a motor for an electro-mobile to endure against high speed rotation by constructing a flat rotor with a reinforced permanent magnet as a core. CONSTITUTION:A small magnet of rare earth cobalt is bonded to form a doughnut-shaped permanent magnet 2, and reinforcing plates 23a, 23b are bonded to both side surfaces. A thin magnetic material which has high tensile strength and high magnetic permeability such as a silicon steel plate is used for the plates 23a, 23b. A flat rotor 1 is constructed with the reinforced magnet 2 as a core. This rotor 1 is contained together with yokes 3, 4 in the motor housing 25. |
