PURPOSE:To make the setting of a carpet ever so easier as well as to keep off the occurrence of slip and clearance, by inserting a carpet end part into a concave part made up of a base part and a pent roof part, and locking the carpet end part thereat. CONSTITUTION:A carpet support part 12 and a pent roof part 13 both are solidly formed in one together with a kicking plate 11. On the other hand, a concave part 14 is formed with a base part 12a and the pent roof part 13 of the carpet support part 12, and then a retainer engaging groove 16 fitting a retainer member 15 in the inner part is installed. The retainer member 15 is of 'reversed- hooky' member in type formed separately from the kicking plate 11 and secured tight to a terminal C1 of the side edge of a carpet C in advance. For your information, the said pent roof part 13 may be substituted by a soft lip. |
