The invention relates to the production of items of jewellery from parts of watches, wherein parts of small watches are prepared or combined according to artistic aspects, and the structures thus obtained are copied by a metal casting process. By using precious metals and subsequently mounting precious stones, pearls or the like and attaching eyes, pins, chains, etc., modern items of jewellery of high artistic value are obtained.
