发明名称 DEVICE FOR IMPROVING IRON LOSS OF GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a remarkable effect of decreasing an iron loss with good productivity by providing plasma flame radiating torches which move back and forth in the direction intersecting with the rolling direction of a titled steel sheet under travel to a rotary conveyer which moves cyclically in the same direction in synchronization with the above-mentioned steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:The rotary conveyer 2 is provided right above the grain oriented silicon steel strip 1 and is cyclically moved in the same direction in synchronization with the traveling of the steel strip 1. The conveyer 2 is extended with torch supporting shafts 4... provided with ball screws on the surface between a pair of link chains 3a, 3b broader than the steel strip 1 and is so assembled that roller arrays cycle as a whole. The shafts 4 are rotated by a motor 7 and the plasma torches 6 attached via bearings 5 to the shafts 4 are moved at a constant speed in the axial direction. The plasma flames are continuously radiated to the surface of the steel strip 1 in the direction intersecting with the rolling direction thereof without hindering the productivity and the iron loss is considerably decreased if the above-mentioned device is used.
