PURPOSE:To shorten the projecting length of a change lever out of a change shaft, by operating a control lever being set up concentrically with a handle shaft, with the change shaft. CONSTITUTION:A control lever 21, making free of directional movement in a cylinder center and rotation around the cylinder center of a supporting pipe 7 in which a handle shaft 9 is set up, operates each of the movement and rotation of the cylinder center through a change lever 19 installed with a steering handle 8 situated beneath. Like this, the change lever 19 operating the control lever 21 concentric wit the handle shaft 9 becomes shortened in its projecting length outward from the handle shaft 9, and since the control lever 21 concentric with the handle shaft 9 is also kept sufficiently away from a driver, such a fear that it may come in touch with his clothing is seldom or never. |
