PURPOSE:To form grooves easily and accurately by forming one of the axial end wall for forming grooves in the inner face of a tubular hole of a valve sleeve body with different material from said body then atomic bonding both materials through welding. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of grooves 3 are made in the inner face of a tubular hole 2 of a valve sleeve body 1 where one end in the axial direction of the grooves 3 is opened. A stepped hole section 8 is provided at the open end of the groove 3. Second material 11 different from that for the valve sleeve body 1 is built up at said hole section 8. It is performed through arc or gas welding. Consequently each groove is separated to atomic bond the valve sleeve body 1 and second material 11 at the interface 12. Finally the excessive portion 13 of the second built up material 11 is finished to predetermined dimension and shape. |
