PURPOSE:To obtain an invariably superior color transfer picture regardless of the material of a transfer material, by providing a material layer which has a surface with easy peeling characteristics over the photoconductive layer of an electrophotographic receptor, and performing thermal pressure transfer through a heat fusion layer when transferring toner. CONSTITUTION:An undercoating layer is provided on the surface of a photoconductive layer 2 on a conductive base 1 when necessary and then, the easy-peeling material layer 3 of silicone resin, fluororesin, etc., is formed to obtain the electrophotographic receptor. This photoreceptor is applied with uniform charges 5 by a corona electrostatic charger 4, exposed to light 6, and developed to form a toner image 7. The layer 3 has good peeling characteristics, so toner sticking to an exposure part is removed easily by air blowing, etc. Then, the toner image 7 on the layer 3 is transferred by using a heat pressure roll 8 to the transfer material 9 provided with heat fusion layer (of vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.) 10. The image 7 is transferred completely and exposure in different color, development, and transfer are repeated as many times as necessary colors to obtain the color picture which has superior resolution, contrast, etc. |
